I just want to take this time to thank you for your outstanding service and excellence in business. When we were building our house, Sotherby Homes introduced you to me as our home security providers. However, you are much more than that!

We have owned our home for two years now. You have helped us since the building phase of this house. I appreciate you taking the time coming out to my new home and consulting with me on what my Home Entertainment and Home Security options were. I went to several people before I picked you ..... Tweeter, Star Power, and Bust Buy to name a few. By far, Powell Home Electronics offered the BEST value in service and product. When you came out to my home, you walked room to room with me and helped me pick what my best options were for each room with the budget I had to spend. I shared with you my vision and what I wanted to accomplish with my customized media room and game room. You helped me build it from scratch.... Down to outlet locations, quality of wiring, upgrade options, chair locations, projection selection, audio/sound system options, and the list keeps going. I wanted to see what some systems looked like and sounded like. hen I requested to see the latest and greatest in projectors, TVs, and sound quality, you took me to several sites to see and hear the systems for myself and helped me make the BEST decisions for me.

After we negotiated everything that I wanted to purchase from Powell (which was everything), your Install Team was FANTASTIC ..... especially working with Louis. Your team was knowledgeable, professional, and knew how to properly install this high-tech equipment the right way. Every time I requested a service call, you have always delivered the highest quality service and stood behind your products.

I would highly recommend your company and service to anyone. I especially recommend Powell at the early phase of building a home, right at the phase of framing the house. It was your early consultation that allowed me to think ahead of things that I could not afford at the time, but allowed me to save thousands later on because you pre-installed the wiring ahead of time. For example, with the high costs of building a media room and game room, you pre-wired every room in my house for audio and surround sound. I could not afford to buy and install all the in-wall speakers and additional audio equipment necessary at that time. Now I am ready to revisit some of those additional options. I don't care how custom a builder is, they do NOT commonly include the quality wiring and systems needed for the high end electronics that many are interested in these days. Home owners tend to loose money or are never able to afford to change what builders regularly install after they purchased their new home because of all the after-market costs to change and install everything are excessive.... Unless they have someone like Powell walk them through the process and options available to them before the home is finished.
